Polaris Off Road has teamed up with Pro Armor to unveil the new RZR Pro R Factory-Armored Limited Edition. This LE release showcases a unique combination of Polaris' signature bold design and Pro Armor’s rugged, top-tier protective accessories, delivering a side-by-side that’s as tough as it is stylish.
Crafted to take on the harshest environments, this RZR Pro R Factory-Armored model comes loaded with Pro Armor front and rear bumpers, heavy-duty skid plates, and Flow Formed Beadlock wheels. The sleek custom “Orange Marmalade” paint job is a first for Polaris, inspired by the desert sunset, and gives the machine a standout look that matches its uncompromising performance. The RZR Pro R Factory-Armored Limited Edition packs a punch with a 225-horsepower ProStar Fury 2.0 engine, offering power and control whether you’re tearing through dunes or navigating rocky trails.

- Custom Paint & Graphics: The “Orange Marmalade” color, created in collaboration with custom painter Mark Lopera, adds a dynamic flair that’s all about the energy of the Southwest.
- 32” Rigid® Light Bar: Equipped with a 32-inch light bar pushing out 20,064 lumens, this RZR is ready for night rides with exceptional visibility and rugged durability.
- Pro Armor Front & Rear Bumpers: Built from heavy-duty 1.75" steel tubing, these bumpers are welded and fit-tested for maximum protection during your wildest rides.
- Pro Armor Beadlock Wheels: Designed with Flow Forming Technology, these wheels offer increased strength, supporting loads up to 1,740 lbs, perfect for tackling any terrain.
In addition to these exclusive features, the RZR Pro R Factory-Armored model maintains its legendary stability with a 74” stance, 104.5” wheelbase, and MaxLink suspension. With up to 29” of usable travel and Pro Performance True 4WD, this machine provides optimal traction and control in any environment. Plus, for added comfort, Polaris has included heated and vented seats—the first of their kind in the industry.
With only 500 units being produced globally, this limited-edition release is expected to turn heads when it debuts at the 2024 Sand Sport Super Show in Southern California this weekend. Both two- and four-seat configurations will be available, and deliveries are set to begin this month.
